DK Recruitment are seeking an ACA or ACCA qualified Financial Accountant to lead the financial accounts team of a St Austell Brewery business. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will manage statutory reporting, strengthen financial controls, and oversee accurate financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare and deliver accurate group reporting packs and statutory accounts
*Lead the financial accounts team to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
*Establish robust financial controls and procedures
*Provide clear and concise financial reporting for senior management
About You:
*Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with post-qualification experience
*Strong knowledge of FRS 102, financial principles, and regulations
*Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
