Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of our clients as a Permanent Front Desk Receptionist in their Creative offices in London.
Reporting to the Reception Manager you will be responsible for:
*Handling all reception and administrative duties
*Meeting and greeting visitors
*Answering and redirecting phone calls
*Managing mail
*Marketing spare office units within the building
*Showing premises to prospective tenants
*Updating social media
*Basic building management
*Any other ad hoc duties as and when required
To be considered for this role you will need:
*Excellent organisational skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office
*Good interpersonal skills
