Original Talent Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our client who specialise in procurement and supply chain.
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our clients growing team. This role will be solely office based, in Southampton. Ideally you will have experience in, Buying, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Procurement or Distribution
Duties include but not limited to:
- Sourcing equipment and hardware from suppliers based off clients requirements
- Provide quotes for new and existing clients
- Speaking with customers on a global scale to source products for customers
- Negotiating prices with suppliers
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders
- Keep in regular communication with customers on the status of goods
Ideally you will:
- Have experience in a similar role including, Buying, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Distribution or Shipping
- Have good communication skills
- Be able to manage a busy, demanding workload
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Have experience using Excel
