Day-to-day of the role: *Assist with the preparation of legal documents related to commercial and real estate development.
*Conduct legal research and provide support on property transactions.
*Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property deals.
*Manage and organise case files to ensure information is kept up to date and accessible.
*Support senior solicitors with the drafting of contracts and lease agreements.
*Handle correspondence and perform administrative duties related to property law cases.
*Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations in property transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably within property law, focusing on commercial or real estate development.
*Strong understanding of legal terminology and property law principles.
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
*Proficient in legal research and the use of legal databases.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
*Relevant legal qualifications or training in paralegal studies.
