Job Description:
An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Purchase Ledger to join our Accounting & Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our financial records, including purchases, receipts, and payments.

Description
*Processing and record credit notes, invoices and employee expenses
*Reconciliation - supplier statements
*Resolve discrepancies and any disputes
*Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers
*Assist in month-end closing activities, including ledger reconciliations
*Maintain accurate, up-to-date purchase ledger records
*Work well with the finance team to ensure adherence to financial procedures and compliance
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger should have:
*A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and purchase ledger
*Proven ability to post invoices
*Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software
*High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
*Strong organisational skills
*Work well within a team
