Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented Finance professional with a passion for supporting business growth? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, experienced Finance Manager to join our team and help drive our established business forward.
About the Role: As Finance Manager, you will be an essential part of our team, taking charge of day-to-day financial operations and contributing to our company’s growth by delivering accurate financial insights and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage daily financial transactions and reconciliations
*Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
*Handle debt management and credit control
*Generate invoices and monitor budgets
*Prepare financial reports, including monthly/annual VAT returns
*Provide daily financial snapshot reports
*Analyse and improve business processes for efficiency
Your Background:
*Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the fenestration or construction industry, is highly valued
*AAT, ACCA, or CIMA certification
*Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Excel (Intermediate), and previous CRM experience
*Exceptional accuracy, organization, and analytical skills with a methodical approach to tasks
*Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
