The Role
Are you a proactive and customer-focused professional looking to make a significant impact to drive in-store marketing success? We have an exciting opportunity for an Artwork Coordinator to join our team, working closely with one of our largest clients, a renowned multinational FMCG brand, based in Reading.
As an Artwork Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing the end-to-end artwork process for our client’s display products. You will ensure that all artwork meets the highest standards of accuracy and excellence, from the initial brief through to final approval.
Key Responsibilities
*Artwork Management: Lead and oversee the complete artwork process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of display materials.
*Stakeholder Collaboration: Receive, action, and manage artwork requests from various internal stakeholders, fostering strong and effective working relationships.
*Approval Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and retail partners to navigate and streamline the artwork approval process successfully.
*Proactive Engagement: Actively collaborate with retailer and shopper teams to confirm asset approvals, pricing accuracy, and promotion details.
*Tracking and Administration: Maintain a precise and up-to-date artwork tracker to facilitate seamless invoicing and project monitoring.
