Description
As the Finance Manager, you will:
*Own the Group Treasury policy and manage the day-to-day treasury function, ensuring efficient cash flow and currency management.
*Lead the Enterprise Risk Management process, partnering with risk owners to identify and mitigate potential threats.
*Formulate and implement the group’s taxation strategy, including overseeing tax compliance and optimising tax-saving opportunities.
*Contribute to special projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, working closely with the CFO.
Profile
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Chartered Accountant and ideally post-qualification experience in a manufacturing environment.
Your technical expertise, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills, will be essential in driving financial excellence and supporting the company’s overall strategic objectives.
