Are you highly organized, systems savvy, and ready to make an impact at a small, but fast-paced tech company? We’re looking for an Operations Assistant to join our client’s offices based in Hove!
As our Operations Assistant, you will be working very closely with the Senior Management Team and will be a key player in our operations team, supporting various areas across the business. You’ll liaise with teams including Sales, Marketing, Accounts, and more to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide excellent administrative support across departments
*Coordinate with different teams to keep business operations running smoothly
*Maintain and update systems with a keen eye for detail
*Utilize MS Office and potentially Access to manage and organize information effectively
You will need:
*Strong administration and organizational skills
*Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
*Any experience with Access is a bonus!
*Excellent communication skills to liaise across different teams
