Job Description:
2nd Line Support
Our client is looking for a contract 2nd Line Support Engineer for an initial 3 month contract assignment, with a view to renew therafter. The role is to start ASAP and will be Hybrid working.

Skills/Experience
*Recent hands-on experience within a fast paced technical support environment.
*Intune
*Good Microsoft background 
*MDM 
*BYOD 
*ServiceNow (Desirable) 
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems.
*Personal commitment to quality and customer service.
