Requirements
*Proven experience in the surfacing industry.
*Strong ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
*A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating safety risks.
*Excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders.
*Essential qualifications: a valid CSCS card and a driving license.
