Job Description:
Our client is looking to recruit a Club Manager for one of their chains of Fitness Gyms.
The Club Manager is responsible for the general running of all aspects of the club with specific emphasis on both the sale of new memberships and the retention of existing members. Applicants must have an existing successful background in Operations, Sales, Management and ultimately member satisfaction. The role would involve responsibility for the general running of all aspects of the club with specific emphasis on both the sale of new memberships and the retention of exiting members.
The role-holder will have a proven track record in managing a team of sales staff within a high-quality service or sales environment from any commercial business sector, who will thrive working within a very structured and successful sales process working to agree on key performance indicators. A large part of the role will be to coach, train and develop a team of like-minded, performance-driven sales staff and as such outstanding communication skills are a necessity.
Areas of responsibility:
*Sales enquiries
*Retention of members
*Club Operations
*Management, training & development of staff
*Marketing
Previous experience in a similar role would be essential.
Salary £36-38k plus commission £5 per new membership
