Operations Executive
£30,000 - £35,000 / Sevenoaks / Permanent

My client, a leader in the environmental services, are looking to recruit an Operations Executive to join their rapidly growing team. This is a fully office-based opportunity paying up to £35,000 for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar operations position, will have strong Administration skills and will have day-to-day management of logistics.

Key Responsibilities
*Daily support to the operations team with administration and planning support
*Take ownership of job scheduling and dairy management of the wider team
*Act as first point of contact for any customers and offering them an excellent service
*Support with the daily running of logistics and procurement
*Manage stock control and inventory records
*Ensure the integrity on the internal database and recording accurate information
Essential Skillset
*Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an operations or planning/scheduling role
*Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
*Proficient with Microsoft Packages including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
*Strong attention to detail and highly organised

*Sevenoaks, Kent – office based
*Monday – Friday. 8:30am – 5pm
*Free parking
