We are seeking a talented and motivated Bench Joiners to join our clients busy workshop team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Bench Joinery & woodworking experience with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble a variety of wooden products, including doors, windows, and furniture.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Operate and maintain woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to required specifications.
Ensure high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Bench Joiner Level 2 & 3
Proficient in using woodworking machinery and tools.
Strong understanding of joinery techniques and methods.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
