Job Description:
Position: Interior Designer / Project Manager
Panorama Interior Ltd is now looking for an Interior Designer to join their team, who will manage the designs of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with clients and builders on-site, responding promptly to requests
*Ensure designs are regularly updated in writing, with all changes documented
*Liaise with builders to explain design elements and drawings
*Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories for each project
*Identify and address any snags or discrepancies between designs and on-site conditions
*Ensure timely delivery of all materials
*Keep the office-based design team updated with daily results or changes on-site
Experience Required:
*Previous experience in a similar role within an Interior Design office
*Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings
*Ability to update project schedules and manage budgets
*Experience in purchasing and ordering materials
*Strong project management skills
*Effective communication skills for working with clients and team members
*Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Skills:
*Strong communication skills
*Analytical skills
*Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Photoshop (Revit, AutoCAD, and 3Ds Max are a plus, but not required)
*Problem-solving abilities
*Valid driving license
