Job Description
If you are an experienced office or service manager looking for a new career opportunity, this could be just the position you have been waiting for! You will be tasked with overseeing an office-based team of people providing off-site customer support via a network of engineers. The job requires an individual skilled in people management and motivation, as well as with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities
*Oversee smooth running of a busy office environment
*Provide support and mentoring to the in-house team
*Implement and maintain systems to ensure complete customer service
*Senior management meeting attendance & reporting
*Use in-house systems
Qualifications
*Office and team management
*Motor trade experience
*Excellent communication skills
*Computer literate with attention to detail
Salary and Benefits
*Basic salary to £50,000
*Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours
*22 days holiday + BH
*Sick pay and company benefits
