ARE YOU AN EXCEPTIONAL RECEPTION/OFFICE ASSISTANT LOOKING FOR AN ONGOING PART TIME ROLE WORKING 9.30AM-4.30PM MON-THURS?
Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Office Assistant to join their team. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing excellent service, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, both external and internal, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring their needs are met. You will also coordinate larger meetings, taking care of all the necessary arrangements, such as room set up, catering, and transportation.
As an Office Assistant, you will assist in the organisation of office and corporate events, bringing fun and creative ideas to the table. You will also be responsible for maintaining office noticeboards, managing incoming and outgoing mail/packages, and monitoring office and kitchen supplies. Additionally, you will ensure that the office, kitchens, and showrooms are clean, tidy, and well organised, following all health and safety procedures.
