BJ70 - Multi-Trade Operative
Location: Ascot
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000pa
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Occasional weekend work for specific events)

Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Multi-Trade Operative on behalf of our fantastic client based in Ascot. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious estate with an excellent opportunity of career advancement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*To carry out general repairs to the premises.
*To carry out stock control, account for goods and materials held is stock for future use and keeping the Maintenance Team Leader informed of any materials requiring ordering.
*To manufacture and install carpentry and joinery items.
*To undertake bricklaying, concreting, plastering and roof repairs and other similar maintenance work.
*To carry out duties on days of events as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
*Ideally hold a City & Guilds in bricklaying, carpentry, or a similar trade qualification.
*Significant knowledge and experience of buildings maintenance and construction.
*Be able to work at times with little or no supervision and have the ability to work under pressure.
*Professional appearance.
*Proactive and flexible attitude and a strong team player.
*Be able to lift heavy items, using equipment provided where needed.
*Hold a current, valid Driving Licence.
