Job Description:
Are you a customer focused individual who consistently works to a high level of service?
We are supporting a well-established company based in Buckingham (MK18) with recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent basis. The salary is paying between £21k-£25k per annum (DOE) and the hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with an hour for lunch. This is an office-based position and full training will be provided.
Duties will include:
* Handling both inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers
* Dealing with enquiries from customers or suppliers relating to orders and quotations
* Completing sales orders and invoices as well as order processing
* Sending out customer quotations and following them up in a timely manner
* Updating customer and supplier documentation onto the CRM system
* Keeping up to date on products and services offered to customers
* Responsible for stock control and sending shipping reports to Senior Management Team when required
* Supporting with general office ad hoc tasks when required to ensure smooth running of the office
To be successful for this position, you must be a strong communicator with excellent people skills and high attention to detail. You must also have knowledge using different IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
