Description
*Oversee and manage financial operations within the Accounting & Finance department.
*Completion of month end management accounts.
*Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
*Ensure full and detailed reconciliations are completed monthly on all key areas of revenue and costs across your divisions.
*Evaluate financial performance and make long-term forecasts.
*Comply with financial regulations and legislation.
*Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
*Lead, guide, and motivate the Accounting & Finance team.
*Collaborate with top management to make sound financial decisions.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*CIMA/ACCA Part Qualified or qualified by experience.
*Proven experience as a Management Accountant in the Logistics industry.
*Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
*Full UK Driving License
*High-level numerical and analytical skills.
*Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
*Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
*Business Partnering Experience.
