Key responsibilities
In this?Employability job, your responsibilities will include:
*Planning, creating and delivering engaging Employability programmes including Functional Skills
*Providing advice and guidance to learners to overcome barriers to secure employment
*Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
*Working with the quality team to ensure standards are maintained.
Skills & experience
*Experience in teaching learners with special educational needs
*Demonstrate a successful track record in delivering Employability programmes or Functional Skills
*Enhanced DBS on the update service.
*PGCE or other comparitive teaching qualifications.
*Degree in a relevant subject area or appropriate professional qualification?
*Familiarity with the national curriculum of England (Plus IGCSE/GCSE and/or A Levels as appropriate)?
*Passion for teaching and commitment to educating a child?
*A high level of professionalism and consideration of the well-being of children?
*Respect for all members of a school community, irrespective of position, gender, age and ethnic background?
*A positive and solution-focused attitude to working life?
