Through your development and mentoring you will drive and support the development of leadership capabilities and behaviours across the organisation.

*Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy
*Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address leadership development needs
*Design and deliver leadership development programmes and initiatives
*Drive the implementation of behaviour change initiatives within the organisation
*Support the talent management process by developing high potential leaders
*Ensure that all leadership development activities align with the company’s strategic goals
*Measure the effectiveness of leadership development programmes and initiatives
*Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders within the organisation
Profile
A successful Leadership & Behavioural Development Partner should have:
*Proven experience in leadership development within the Energy & Natural Resources industry
*Strong coaching and mentoring skills
*Ability to design and implement effective leadership development programmes
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*High level of strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
