This role sits within our Security business division which provides physical security guarding, access control, alarm systems and perimeter property protection, CCTV, mobile surveillance, and ANPR Technology services to a wide range of prestigious clients.
About The Role:
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
*Monitoring and responding to calls and requests from all Client locations and staff
*Understand the escalation procedures relating to issues or incidents and know when to escalate or deal locally
*Report to the Security Operations Centre Supervisor any incident outside of your experience or control and follow all actions and issues as required
*Receive out-of-hours calls from the client Helpdesk and escalate as required in line with procedures
*Produce high-quality Reports relating to all Incidents in a timely manner
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
*Must have Right to Work in the UK
*SIA licensed essential.
*Able to interact at all levels from visitors to senior management.
*Ability to lead a team with the ability to motivate, listen, support and communicate effectively
Successful candidates will also be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858)
