Night Machine Operators (4 on / 4 off)
Rugby
6pm - 6am (12-hour shifts)
£17.43 p/hour (£16.05 p/hour when training on day shift)
Full Time - Temp 2 Perm
We are looking for an experienced machine operator who can work a fixed night shift of 6pm - 6am (4 days on / 4 days off) at a busy aerospace company in Rugby.
This is a unique role where you operate machinery used to chemically coat, plate and paint metallic items used within aircraft.
You will be standing, loading, unloading and performing inspection, using mics/verniers along with working towards production targets.
Its quality first approach to manufacturing.
There will be an element of training which will happen on a day shift (6am - 6pm) for approx. 4 weeks before you then move onto the night pattern but it’s always 4 on / 4 off 12-hour shifts.
To be considered - you MUST have worked within a machine operating role for at least 2 years, ideally within plating or painting, be able to work with basic engineering drawing and able to use precision instruments.
This role offers you:
*£17.43 p/hour (£16.04 for training on the day shift)
*Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment
*Average of 42 hours paid per week (worked out annually).
*Twice yearly performance bonus.
