Requirements
*A background in education, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
*Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or special educational needs, is highly desirable.
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with children and staff.
*A genuine passion for educating and supporting young learners in their developmental journey.
*Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
*Previous experience in toddler care or similar roles will be considered an asset.
