Strong customer service skills are a must, a technical mind and an interest in motor vehicles are advantageous!

£30,000 Per Annum
Full Time
5 Day Working Week – including weekend work on a rota basis
1 week in four working from home
Driving License Required

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
*Responding to queries about products, services and cost within SLA’s
*Technical Support and training to dealers
*CRM database maintenance and reporting
*Daily file key management
*Testing and product research
*Support Workshop activities and dyno testing
The Ideal Candidate will have:
*Strong IT skills including high knowledge of MS packages
*Strong communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal.
*Good customer Service and Telephone Manner
*Time management and organisational skills is key within this role whilst still providing excellent attention to detail.
*Passion for IT and Tech!
*Automotive experience required.
