Key responsibilities for a Membership Advisor
*Deliver first class customer service, take ownership of enquiries until the customer is happy
*To receive and respond to enquiries through multiple platforms
*To support the team in meeting its growth and membership retention targets
*To support customers in understanding the products, services and benefits available to them
*Make outbound telephone calls to customers
Key skills for a Membership Advisor
*Exceptional customer service
*Experience with managing multi-channel enquiries - phone, email, online chat and social media
*Organised
*Attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills
