LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR/ TRAINEE LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - WOKING - UP TO £40,000 OTE DOE
Our client is an extremely successful Estate Agent in Woking who are looking for a Lettings Negotiator or a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
*Answering telephone calls
*Arranging appointments
*Taking clear messages
*Registering new applicants
*Entering viewing onto the system
*Some administration
*Delivering leaflets
*Booking valuations
*Conducting viewings
Skills and experience required:
*Great communication skills & attention to detail
*Be enthusiastic and keen to learn
*Be able to work on your own initiative and be pro-active
*Have strong IT skills
*Be able to prioritise workload
*Experience in administration
You Must:
*Be driven and ready to work hard to build a fantastic career for yourself in this professional company.
*Hold a full clean driving licence and have your own car
