Your responsibilities as a Receptionist:
?? Meeting and greeting clients with a smile
??? Booking meetings and ensuring smooth scheduling
?? Arranging couriers for efficient delivery services
�? Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable
?? Answering and forwarding phone calls professionally
?? Screening phone calls to prioritise important inquiries
?? Sorting and distributing post accurately and efficiently
Are you the perfect fit?
? Proven experience in a similar position is advantageous
?? Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
??? Excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service
?? Strong organisational and interpersonal skills to multitask effectively
?? Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
? Can apply judgement in problem solving with a positive attitude
