The Role
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of designing, documenting, and optimising HR processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with our business needs. Leverage digital tools and AI to drive process improvements and elevate service delivery across our HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Design, document, and maintain HR processes that align with best practices.
*Identify and implement continuous improvements using AI and data analytics.
*Provide training and guidance to the HR team on processes and compliance standards.
*Ensure all HR processes comply with GDPR, employment laws, and company policies.
*Regularly conduct audits, addressing and resolving compliance gaps.
*Monitor and proactively resolve process performance issues, enhancing service quality.
*Collaborate with HR leaders, IT, and external vendors to create scalable solutions.
*Drive digital transformation efforts to automate tasks and support data-driven decision-making.
Location: Based in Nuneaton, this is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office 2 days per week.
The Person
*Extensive understanding of HR processes, policies, and GDPR compliance.
*Expertise in process documentation, analysis, and improvement methodologies.
*Proficient in using digital tools, AI applications, and automation for HR.
*Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
*Skilled in project management, with high attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and training skills, simplifying complex processes.
*Significant experience in HR, with a proven record in process management and digital solutions.
*Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt qualification (desirable).
