Job Description:
Position: Residential Property Lawyer
Location: High Wycombe
Experience: 2-7 years PQE
Type: Full-time, with flexible working options available
About the Role:
A growing law firm is seeking a skilled Residential Property Lawyer to join their Residential Property Department. This role is ideal for a solicitor with 2-7 years of PQE who can independently manage a caseload and is comfortable working in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Independently manage a caseload, including residential sales, purchases, leasehold transactions, transfers of equity, shared ownership, and lease extensions
*Draft agreements, deeds, leases, and contracts
*Collaborate closely with senior team members, occasionally assisting on partner-led cases
*Meet billing targets and adhere to quality and AML compliance standards
*Network effectively to retain and develop client relationships and support new business initiatives
*Use Case Management Systems effectively and maintain strong fee recording and administrative skills
*Travel to other offices and client sites as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile:
*Demonstrates technical expertise and a client-centered approach
*Organized and able to handle fast-paced workloads with attention to detail
*Flexible and skilled at multitasking, with strong negotiation abilities
*Experienced in business development and networking
