About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
*Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
*Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to help each child achieve their potential.
*Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and school leaders to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
*Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a culture of respect and learning.
*Engage with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child’s progress and well-being.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
*Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 is highly desirable.
*Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A passion for teaching young children and helping them succeed.
*A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
