*Emphasise support and empowerment of young people.
*Deepen your understanding of Special Education issues and embody the school’s values in all aspects of your role.
*Provide high-quality support, which may include physical intervention and personal care routines.
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
*Are committed to professional development, with opportunities for formal qualifications and training fully funded by the school.
*Show passion and compassion for children and young people with additional needs.
*Are determined to overcome barriers to learning.
*Enjoy outdoor and community learning.
*Can see potential beyond disabilities.
*Fully commit to safeguarding values and procedures.
*Are proactive, creative thinkers focused on solutions.
*Work effectively both as part of a team and independently, maintaining confidentiality.
*Possess excellent communication skills tailored to the needs of our students.
*Are educated to at least Level 2 (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Benefits
*Join an accredited, highly skilled specialist team.
*Be part of a growing team with shared values and vision.
*Access meaningful career development opportunities.
*Enjoy fully funded training and qualifications.
*Benefit from life assurance, pension plan, Perk Box discounts, employee assistance program, bike to work scheme, and car lease scheme.
