Job Description:
This is a very exciting and progressive opportunity for an ambitious Plant Team Leader to work with one of the leading Commercial Explosive Manufacturers in the UK. This is an onsite role based out of Alfreton, Derbyshire, Monday to Friday.

The Plant Team Leader will be responsible for:
*The Plant Team Leader will develop and maintain relationships with their team, colleagues and managers across all departments, locations, and functions.
*Ensure sage, efficient and quality production of manufacturing process’.
*Ensuring the safety of their team and the processes under their control
*Communicate plant KPIs to their team and making sure safe objectives are set and met.
*Over see first line maintenance on plant and equipment.
*Complete basic testing and quality control.
*Production planning to achieve maximum efficiency
*Safe disposal of waste goods including non-explosive and explosive items.
The Plant Team Leader will need to have:
*Experience leading a team in either a hazardous manufacturing or hazardous maintenance environment
*Experience working at a COMAH Site is desirable.
*Working towards safety standards
*IOSH Working Safely
*Driving license
