Research Administrator
Location: Birmingham City Centre Immediate Start Interim Assignment - Up to 8 weeks Up to £15.00 an hour

This company is a leading organisation in the West Midlands region, and they are currently looking for a Research Administrator to join their team. As a Research Administrator, you will be responsible for shortening meeting lead times, optimising Account Manager time, and undertaking research on companies in the region, among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities Included:
- Checking companies are still active on Companies House
- Checking websites for expansion projects, investments, and major announcements
- Researching C-suite contacts on LinkedIn and identifying email addresses for missing contacts
- Sending a standard outreach email from named Account Managers if possible
- Amalgamating duplicate Organisation Pages
- Cleaning up Contacts module to ensure contacts are still live at the business they are linked to
- Standardising format of sector categories
- Cleaning up Country of Origin fields
- Researching and adding tracked businesses that qualify as strategic
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent research and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work proactively and independently
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
