I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing Fintech Investment business to hire a Part-Time Financial Controller. This pivotal role sits at the heart of their finance function, driving process implementation and ensuring efficient month-end delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
*Transition the outsourced finance function in-house, establishing scalable processes and controls.
*Review all management accounts and financial statements.
*Lead the company audit, responding to all audit queries.
*Set up new businesses within the group.
*Manage intercompany transactions.
*Oversee transactional finance areas (AP/AR/reconciliations/payroll).
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
*Collaborate with stakeholders across technology and marketing teams.
*Take ownership of all Tax, VAT and Corporation Tax.
Candidate Requirements:
*ACCA or ACA qualified.
*Experience working with SMEs, either in-house or through practice.
*Strong technical reporting experience and advanced Excel skills.
