If you have a passion for delivering world-class, large-scale productions and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic agency that’s changing the game in strategic brand activation and production.
Our client, a rapidly growing agency, is seeking an Executive Producer to take charge of delivering innovative and high-impact projects for some of the world’s most exciting brands. In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage global video and photography productions, collaborating with both clients and internal teams to bring big creative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead Production: Oversee global video and photography projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
*Client Liaison: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, demonstrating expert knowledge and providing exceptional service throughout each project.
*Commercial Expertise: Maintain a keen understanding of industry rates and ensure competitive pricing across all production disciplines.
*Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively, finding creative solutions while educating and empowering your team to do the same.
*Project Scoping: Translate client briefs into actionable plans, finding cost-effective, creative solutions that align with the overall vision.
*Scheduling & Resource Planning: Oversee project timelines, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and deadlines are met.
*Collaboration: Work closely with Producers, the Studio Manager, and other internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of every project.
About you:
*Proven experience as an Executive Producer, or at least 4+ years in a Senior or Lead Producer role, particularly in video and photography production.
*Strong commercial acumen with the ability to scope and deliver projects profitably.
*A track record of managing large-scale global productions across a variety of media.
*A confident communicator with the ability to present sophisticated production proposals and ideas to clients and internal teams.
*Team-oriented, ambitious, and able to motivate and lead teams to achieve excellence.
*Must have a full UK driving licence or be willing to travel as needed.
What you’ll get:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an ambitious, creative agency that is making waves in the industry. Our client is based in Leeds and is ideally looking for someone who may be considering relocation. However, they are also open to discussing hybrid working arrangements for the right candidate.
The role offers a competitive salary, which will be shared with candidates upon application. In line with our client’s preference, the salary is not disclosed in the advert. Other benefits include:
*25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
*Additional leave options through salary sacrifice
*Profit share scheme and pension contributions
*Cycle to work and tech schemes
*Westfield health cash plan
*Discounts on retail through a perks portal
