Job Description:
UX Researcher - £450-500 per day - Belfast
A leading investment bank is looking for a UX Researcher to join their team on an initial 4-month contract. Paying up to £500 per day you will be working out of their Belfast offices (hybrid model).
You will play a key role in the design team and to the development of their digital products. Working alongside the Product and Engineering partners and your UX Design colleagues, you’ll be applying your skills and experience to generate and leverage a wide variety of research methods, testing, metrics and insights to ensure design and product direction is based firmly on solid a foundation of research.
Skills and Experience Required:
*Over 5 years of relevant UX Research experience
*Extensive hands-on experience leading qualitative and quantitative UX research
*Experience leading and conducting generative and evaluative user research
*Ability to lead workshops
*Creative problem solver comfortable and self starter
*Proactive and positive attitude, with strong attention to detail & analytical skills
*Outstanding written and oral communication skills and significant experience working with senior stakeholders
*Familiarity with research tools
