We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Reconciliation Manager I to join our Reconciliation Centre of Excellence - ADM team. This role is located in Manchester, UK - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: *Be more for our clients by helping to identify and implement new technology solutions for new and existing business, improving client experience.
*Run our company better by acting as a subject matter expert who can streamline team processes, working with global representatives to implement platform-based solutions to current manual processes.
*Power our culture by identifying talent within your location, motivating, supporting and developing staff, maximizing their own contributions, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
*Act as an owner of key controls, interact with supervisors and managers of other groups in the firm to address issues and recommend improvements.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: *Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management
*4-5 years of total work experience with at least 0-1 years in management preferred
*Experience in brokerage/banking operations/ reconciliation processes preferred
*Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
*People Leadership experienced required
