Year 1 Primary Teacher - January to July (Challenging Behaviour)
We are seeking an experienced and resilient Year 1 Primary Teacher for a long-term position from January to July. This role requires a strong, confident educator who can manage challenging behaviour and provide stability and guidance for a class that requires extra support.

About the role:
*Full teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation, and assessment
*Work with a class that has a mix of needs, including challenging behaviour, requiring consistent behaviour management strategies
*Implement creative and engaging lessons to inspire and support academic and personal development
*Work closely with the SEN team and other staff to create individualised plans for pupils who need additional support
*Build strong relationships with the children to create a safe, supportive learning environment
What you’ll need:
*Proven experience in managing challenging behaviour in a primary setting
*A confident, positive approach to behaviour management
*The ability to foster resilience, cooperation, and mutual respect in the classroom
*Experience working in Key Stage 1 (Year 1 preferred)
*A passion for making a difference and helping all children achieve their potential
