Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Bury
Salary: £85 - £95 per day
Start Date: As soon as possible
Role and Responsibilities:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students with Special Educational Needs, providing tailored support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
*Assisting the class teacher in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
*Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN
*Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
*Collaborating with the SENCO and other staff members to address individual needs.
Requirements:
*Previous experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable.
*Relevant qualifications in education or related fields
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
*Passion for supporting the educational development of students with diverse needs.
