The role
You will take responsibility for providing a pro-active, efficient and effective administration service to some of our SLT, including Director of Operations - Inpatients, Director of Nursing, Director of Operational Support, Interim Director of Social Care, Director of AHP, Director of Psychological Therapies and Director of Operations – Care Services.
You will manage diaries and organise meetings / events ensuring all supporting arrangements are covered, whilst providing support for meetings, including preparation and distribution of agendas, attending the meetings to take notes and actions and transcription, circulation and follow up.
Confidentiality and effective communication are paramount to this role as the work involves dealing with sensitive information.
Your profile
*You will have gained experience in a similar role within a similar setting, supporting at least two Directors. Strong all-round administration and organisational skills are essential.
*You will have a proven ability to produce high quality, professional documents, with intermediate/ advanced keyboard skills. You need good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate level Word & Outlook) and be able to understand financial and statistical information. You will have previous experience in, and be confident with, maintaining and updating action logs from meetings.
*Be able to work collaboratively or on your own initiative, you will have a strong customer focus and good communication skills.
