We are seeking a conveyancing assistant to join a small, friendly firm based in the York region. You will work in one of York’s most beautiful locations within a super team offering further training and development (if needed).
You will work alongside a fully experienced fee earner, handling a multitude of tasks :
Opening files
Sending out referal letters
ID checks and anti money laundering
Handling searches
Land registry
Assisting with completions and other residential conveyancing tasks
post completions
Closing files
Billing
You must have super communication skills, IT literate with substantial conveyancing experience - and live locally
