Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our store. As a Store Manager, you will be a role model for your team, driving exceptional customer service and community engagement. Your leadership will be key in motivating and developing your team to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing team by developing their operational, customer service, and teamwork skills.
Product Offering: Ensure the right range, quality, and availability of products in line with company standards and customer needs.
Sales and Profit: Utilize your expertise to actively grow sales and maximize profit.
Food to Go: Oversee the implementation and success of the Food to Go offering, ensuring it meets standards and sales targets.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to meet store demands and enhance customer experience.
Compliance: Maintain safe and legal standards, particularly regarding food safety, hygiene, and the sale of restricted products.
Requirements:
Experience in retail management, assistant management, or a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team development abilities.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in resource management.
Knowledge of compliance and legal standards in a retail environment.
A passion for community involvement and customer loyalty.
