Job Description:
Finance Business Partner | 3 – 6 Months | Greater Manchester | Flexible Working
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a large and recognisable group based in Greater Manchester in order to recruit a Finance Business Partner on an interim basis.
Role:
You will be responsible for providing and promoting effective financial information in order to inform key decision making across the group.
Responsibilities;
*Creating processes to continuously improve financial reporting and analysis which meets the needs of the business and key stakeholders
*Developing reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure that the financial outcomes of projects can be measured
*Developing systems to deliver end to end process reviews to improve financial reporting
*Managing relationships with budget holders to develop and set budgets in line with deadlines and then to provide ongoing timely and insightful reporting and forecasting against budgets
*Improving reporting and KPIs in conjunction with the business to monitor financial and operational performance and make improvements. Analysing and investigating budget variances
*Delivering continuous improvements in the quality of management information provided to senior managers, budget holders, the Exec Team and Board
The successful candidate:
CCAB or CIMA qualified
Proven experience in a business facing position
Demonstrate a commercial yet socially aware approach
Available to start a contract at short notice
