Part-Time (20 Hours)

Looking for a supportive, well-organised team to join? We’re searching for an experienced Office Coordinator to provide proactive support in our dynamic property development business. If you have strong IT skills, enjoy customer interaction, and value being part of a close-knit group, this could be the ideal role for you.
Key Responsibilities
*Organise and manage administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
*Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and friendly approach.
*Confidently use Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
*Maintain and manage documentation for projects and customers.
*Provide ad hoc support to a busy, collaborative team.
What We’re Looking For
*Administrative experience, ideally within housing or property, though not essential.
*Detail-focused, organised, and proactive.
*Advanced IT skills and confidence with Microsoft Office.
*A warm, professional approach to customer service.
*Ability to work independently while supporting a team.
