Description
*Leading the financial management and strategic planning for the organisation
*Ensure that the financial resources are effectively managed
*Oversee all financial operations, compliance and audit process
*Provide leadership to the finance team
*Support exec leadership with financial insights and advising on financial strategy
*Prepare financial statements, management accounts, cash flow and performance reports
*Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
*Develop and manage financial policies and procedures
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
*A full Accountancy Qualification
*Managed budgets, produced forecasts and financial reports
*Used financial systems previously
*Analytical and problem solving skills
*Worked with stakeholders previously
