Marketing and Pricing Analyst
Location: Nottingham - Hybrid or Remote
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, flexible working
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their commercial team and seeking a talented Marketing and Pricing Analyst. They are looking for a candidate with financial services experience who has a passion for data and wants to join a growing team on a permanent basis.
Role Overview:
As a Marketing and Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging data to optimise performance and shape pricing strategies. Working within the commercial team, your insights will drive key business decisions, budget allocations, and overall market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
*Evaluate data to recommend optimal pricing strategies for the business.
*Conduct detailed trend analyses to support long-term strategic planning.
*Provide regular reports on market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance.
*Analyse live and historical data to provide actionable insights on performance, ROI, and budget allocation across multiple channels.
*Track and analyse KPIs related to customer engagement and satisfaction, offering recommendations for improvement.
*Translate complex data into digestible insights through strong presentation skills.
*Build and manage relationships with external lead-generation partners as required.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in the Financial Services Industry - this is essential for the role.
*Proficiency with large data sets, advanced Excel skills, and SQL (essential)
*Familiarity with Salesforce and data visualisation tools (desirable)
*Degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (desirable)
*Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate data into clear insights.
*Exceptional attention to detail, with a process oriented mindset to suggest and implement improvements.
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
