Job Description:
Our client, a rapidly-growing company whom provide tailored solutions/services to the Short-Let Rental/Hospitality industry, are looking for a hungry, money-motivated Sales Executive to join their business. Working in a great North-West London location, and to a completely uncapped commission scheme, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!
Our client offer a range of products/solutions to Property Owners/Short-Let Management Companies/Serviced Apartment Operators, and, in a nutshell, are an ’Uber for Housekeepers’. Products include linen, toiletries and cleaning services, and their client base can order a bespoke solution on an easy-to-use app platform, with options to receive said solutions on the same day. Our client operate nationally (with huge client hubs in London, Manchester, Liverpool, Bath and Bristol) and, in order to grow, are looking for a driven, personable candidate to develop new business for them! In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identifying and generating new sales leads through research, prospecting and qualifying clients
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through outbound calls, email outreach, networking and utilising online tools (LinkedIn, tec)
- Pitching the company’s services to new businesses, tailoring proposals to meet the needs of prospective clients
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
- Assisting in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and exceptional customer service
- Working closely with the Marketing team to align sales efforts with broader business goals
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Experience of dealing with customers in some capacity (Sales ideally, however anyone from a Retail or Customer Service background are also urged to apply)
- Amazing communication skills - very articulate, credible and professional
- Ability to build rapport/relationships with people quickly
- Fun, sociable personality
- Genuine desire to earn incredible money in commission/bonuses!
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up new Tech/systems very quickly
In addition to a competitive £24,000 basic salary, our client are also offering the following:
- Uncapped commission structure (realistic Year One OTE: £50,000 - £60,000)
- Opportunity to progress through the business, as it continues to grow
- Amazing training opportunities
- Great working hours (Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm - no late evenings/weekends!)
- Hybrid working (initially, you will be in the office every day, however once settled in, our client operate on a hybrid basis (in the office 2 days a week!))
- Free on-site parking (or a short 5-10 minute walk from the closest station)
