Director, Business Development EMEA - FX Sales

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Business Development EMEA join our FX Sales Team. This role is located in London and is Hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
*Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients to drive electronic FX sales, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions and exceptional client service.
*Review and interpret client flow data using internal MIS tools and industry benchmarks to identify trends and optimize client strategies.
*Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. trading, technology, product, compliance, legal) and external stakeholders to accelerate business development and expand our franchise.
*Stay informed on market trends and innovations, providing clients with insights and ensuring the firm remains competitive in the evolving electronic trading landscape.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
*Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education
*Several years FX Sales experience is essential
*Experience in people leadership through managing direct reports
*An understanding of the financial markets macroeconomic landscape
